e.l.f. Cosmetics received a distinctive retail opportunity to launch its limited-edition line with an exclusive, pre-packed half-pallet display for a major U.S. retailer. They turned to Smurfit Westrock to collaborate on a solution that would delight shoppers and drive impressive results. Our innovative and turnkey approach led to boosted sales and over 3,000 displays delivered on a tight deadline.

The Challenge

e.l.f. Cosmetics, an award-winning brand with approachable and accessible beauty products “for every eye, lip and face”, had an opportunity with a United States mass retailer to promote their exclusive limited-edition line using a larger half-pallet placement – a unique assignment for beauty brands. The display had to be designed, manufactured and delivered fully pre-packed in an accelerated timeframe for campaign success.

The Approach

Focused on sustainable design and waste reduction, we engineered a special top-angled half-pallet display for product visibility and improved consumer shoppability. With ample room for product, this structurally sound, sustainable design was delivered pre-packed and fully assembled for easy setup. Featuring eye-catching graphics, the turnkey display not only created a memorable shopping experience for consumers, it also later won an award at the shop! OMA event.
