Kylie Cosmetics, a globally recognized beauty brand known for trend-driven, high-impact product launches, set out to elevate its 2025 advent calendar. The goal: deliver a more refined, luxury experience while simplifying construction and improving usability across retail and e-commerce. The result was a technically advanced packaging solution that streamlined materials, enhanced efficiency and elevated the unboxing moment—without compromising the brand’s signature look and feel.

The Challenge

Kylie Cosmetics, a leading global beauty brand known for its premium aesthetic and highly anticipated holiday releases, set out to elevate its 2025 advent calendar. The objective was to create a luxurious, gift-worthy experience while simplifying production, reducing material complexity and improving ease of use. The design needed to maintain a high-end look across channels while securely protecting multiple products and supporting both retail and ecommerce distribution.

The Approach

We partnered with Kylie Cosmetics to develop a technically advanced folding carton that replaced complex, multi-material builds with a streamlined 24-pt solid bleached sulfate (SBS) paperboard. Structural integrity came from precision-engineered vac-formed inserts, enabling a thinner, more elegant profile without sacrificing protection. Wraparound printing created a seamless look, while foil stamping and embossing added tactile richness. The packaged product shipped efficiently, assembled easily and delivered a premium unboxing experience.
