Smurfit Westrock developed a recyclable corrugated solution designed to function alongside plastic crates and thermo boxes. Delivered flat and machine-erected within nemlig.com’s existing systems, it integrates smoothly into current operations. Reinforced corners ensure secure stacking across all packaging types, while an integrated locking mechanism protects contents without tape. The new solution enables unattended delivery and can be easily folded and recycled after use, simplifying the experience for thousands of customers.

The new corrugated box gives nemlig.com greater flexibility in its delivery model, enabling unattended deliveries while maintaining logistical efficiency. By complementing the reusable crate system rather than replacing it, the solution supports a balanced and scalable setup.
